This power bank has 1x USB 5V 2.1A OUTPUT, 1x DC 5521 8.4V 2.4A OUTPUT, and 1x DC 5V micro INPUT, capacity 28WH.

You can use the 5V output to charger your mobile phone. However, first of all, we introduce this power bank because it has a DC 5.5*2.1mm output which can give 7.2V-8.4V 2A power. So it can be widely adapted to digital cameras.

Warm notifications:

  1. Regarding Shipping Methods

    (1). Ordinary Post is most economic, but it is not traceable when it is left China. No tracking information in destination country, it usually finish a delivery by 2-4 weeks, if you don’t get the package by 35 days, please contact us then. We strongly recommend you choose Aliexpress Standard Shipping Method or Express. If you want to get the goods fast, please kindly choose Express Shipping Way(DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/EMS/E-EMS);

    (2). Please note that post efficiency are not steady, some times it can finish a delivery in 2-4 weeks, but sometimes it may need 5-8 weeks. Especially South American countries’ customs are very hard, even when the parcels arrive the local countries, packages may still be held by customs for several weeks. If you do not get your package in 30 days, please kindly call your local post office or contact us, then we will check it for you.

    (3). Batteries are taken as dangerous sensative #s, it’s hard to ship, we may not ship by the Post that you choose, we’ll choose the best shipping way for battery #s according to our freight forward’s professional advice;

    (4). We may ship #s by Netherlands Post, Sweden Post or other shipping method when you choose “ship by Seller’s Shipping Method”.

  2. For AC power adapter Plug. US mean USA type, 2 flat pin plug; EU means European type, 2 round pin plug; UK means United Kingdom type; AU means Australia type.

  3. Normally, we declare the product value less than the true value on customs declaration when shipped by air post, to avoid customs fee for you. And we do not charge any local tariff. If you have any specific demand, please contact us before shipping.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
