About OS installation
1) When you order a mini PC with hard drive, we will pre-install activated cracked version Windows OS for free experience, since it’s a cracked version Windows OS and free of charge, so we DON’T accept any dispute about this OS;
2) Mini PC OS installation steps almost same as the common desktop PC, usually press “F11” key and “Delete” key to enter BIOS, if you meet any difficulty, please leave us message;
3) Legal genuine Windows OS and other OS like Linux, Ubuntu, Pfsense…, please leave us message.
About DHL/Fedex remote delivery
1) Buyer select DHL/Fedex shipping method, should be sure your address is belong to normal delivery area, otherwise there will be extra cost for delivery, if your address is remote area, our salesman will inform you asap; or we will ship out by other shipping method;
2) DHL and Fedex require correct zip code for its city name, please make sure both your address and zip code are correct, buyer check at this web: //dct.dhl.com;

1. Shipping:

AliExpress Standard Shipping: is good for most countries, and normally caused no custom duty, delivery time is 15~35 days, but might be up to 60 days.

When you choice any Post Mail, we will make our own decision to ship it via one of below shipment approach.

Postnl-EUB: good for European counries, average delivery time is 10 ~ 35 days.

Rets-express: for Russian delivery, it’s fast, delivery time is about 20 days.

E-ems: for Japan,Korea,Singapore, it is very fast. But it doesn’t allow battery. So we will move the small battery RS2032. (The below motherboard is not for X35)

DHL: DHL is fast and will take around 3-7days for most countries, but it may cause custom duty. We will declare the parcel as “mini pc ” or “TV box” at USD 20 to USD 50.

Confirm your address, if you choose DHL delivery, please if adopted under the leadership of the remote costs. If not, we will ship the parcel by other post mail. Hope you can understand it.

For France, Latvia, Bulgaria, Portugal and Indonesia, etc, please think carefully before you choose DHL. It is high chance to pay tax.

For Brazil, We will ship it by Aliexpress Standard Shipping or PostNL EUB.

2. About Estimated Delivery Time:

Under normal circumstances, the logistics information will be shown on the the Internet in 3-5 days after we ship the parcel out, predicted arrival time: DHL is 3-7 days, other shipping ways are 10-60 days.

When you still do not receive the package in 60 days, please do not worry, you can contact us, and then we will contact our freight forwarding, our forwarder shipping agent will verify the parcel, and then give you a reasonable answer and solution. Thank you for your understanding.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
