1. If I order this product now, when will I receive it?

Uusually we will send out your product within 3 working days. The shipping days needs 15~60 working days to arrive. If you need it urgently, please contact us before you pay, we could use quicker shipping method but price will higher.

2. I need this for my bedroom with underfloor heating cable, will it work?

This thermsotat can control 3500W max. Please calculate the cable total power and compare. It is ok if power is less than 3500W.

3. Why it doesn’t work when I receive it?

All thermostats before sent out are severely tested. If there is really any thermostat that does’t work, please contact us within 7 days since you receive it. If turned out to be our responsbility, we will send you a new one for free or negotiate partial refund or full refund(excluding freight).

4. I saw the same one from other suppliers, why yours are expensive?

Firstly, our thermostat has been sold for 6 years, the quality is highly promised. The material we use are imported PC fire-resistant material, which is the best one for thermostat.

Secondly, there exists a batch of same thermostats as ours, which are fake and inferior goods.The surface will turn yellow after using a time and have potential safity problems. So please pay attention when you make choice.

5. What if I don’t like it when I get it?

We accept you send it back but you need pay the both ways freight and any cost during the way, like the tax.

6. Will this thermostat come with the sensor or I should buy separately?

All the thermostats will come with matched sensor. Also, we could offer only thermstat or only sensor if you need.

7. I don’t want my order now, please cancel it.

If you order it but haven’t pay, it will cancel itself at last. If you have paid already, there is two situations:

1) if we have already sent out your product and it is on the way, and we are not able to get it back, we will not refund fully (will calculate our loss and then decide how much refund is ok)

2) If we haven’t sent out your product or it has been sent out but we are able to get it back without any cost, we will make full refund.

8. Hi, I want to order 100pcs, what is the price?

We will calcuate the price with special discount and choose a suitable shipping method (like FEDEX, DHL, UPS, or SF) .

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
