This smart touch switch wallpad HOS-24 realizes the master-control between HOS series wallpads installed.

This feature is achieved by 2 signal wires connected through HOS series wallpads from each other.

You can monitor and switch control mostly 24 circuits of lights indoor, just through the nearest one HOS24 from you, and it’s pretty easy to use for controlling lamps, lights and other appliances.

HOS series wallpad switch system can be widely used in residential, villas, guesthouses, hotels, offices,school,commercial establishments, clubs and etc.

How to get house lighting switch control be really efficient and convenient?

For example of house with 1000-2000 square feet, switch solutions as below:

Solution 1: Use HOS-24 to load all the lights and install it for all wall switch locations.

After installation of 8 pcs of HOS-24 in house:

1, The current lighting status in house will be displaied on any one HOS-24 wallpad.

2, On any one HOS-24 wallpad, user can switch control upto 24 circuits of lamps in house.

For example, when you get home,just through the HOS-24 near the door,you can turn on the lights in the bathroom,and you can also turn off the bathroom’s light through your bedroom’s HOS-24, and in your bedroom, you can check and control the lights in the kids’ room.

Solution 2: Use HOS-24 & HOS-3 in combination.

(only install HOS-24 at locations where need master-control)

The buttons on pannel can be customized, the default panel are with icons only(see below actual photos), please be free to inform us if you need panel customization.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
